aic3254 auto mute detection

Hi,

I have a aic3254 connected to an amplifier via the AIC3254 HPL and HPR output, my AIC3254 input signal is I2S. I have enabled the auto mute function and would like to detect when the aic3254 goes into auto mute so that I can mute my amplifier as well. Is there a register that I can read back? Will the auto-mute automatically set the DAC channel muted register 64 of page 0, bit D2 and D3?

I looked into this using an EVM. Using the auto mute feature does not set any other registers or bits when it is enabled. It is a standalone feature that doesn’t control other gain controls or DAC mutes.
