Hi 

          In my project, i need to control the volume of tone by using PWM pulse, i dont have any idea about volume control using PWM.so please can any one guide me to design a circuit.

    Hello,

    Any class-D H-bridge output stage is essentially a PWM “volume control”. Generally used to drive heavy loads such as loudspeakers speakers, they use a digital signal to switch a rail voltage in a PWM fashion onto the load. LC filters usually smooth this back into an analog waveform.

    The PWM signal timing can then adjust as to change the average output level thus making the output quieter or louder.

    However, most class-D amplifiers are deigned as power stages not as a signal level PWM attenuator. A low power class D amplifier might work for your application.
