Hello Sir

I am using VS1053 CODEC IC in my audio project, whose ouput is sinsuoidal. The peak-to peak specifications of the audio signal from CODEC are

Min - 1.64 (Vpp)

Typ - 1.85(Vpp)

Max - 2.06V (Vpp)

I need a 1.2W Mono Preamplifier.

Any suggestable ICs from TI.

  • Hi Suneetha,

I can work with you and help find the correct part on this, but first I have a few questions.

What kind of load are you driving? Why do you need 1.2W in a preamplifier?  What amplitude signal do you want to drive into the load, do you need signal gain or just a buffer? Do you need differential input or single ended?

With a little bit more background knowledge I can better find a suitable part.

    Regards,

    Matt
