Is the TLV320AIC34 a dual chip TLV320AIC3106? Looking at the specifications makes it appear so, but we just want to make sure. Some of the other parts in the family (...3104, for instance) do not meet our requirements.

Yes, the AIC34 is essentially a dual AIC3106

Do all the ADCs & DACs share the same internal bandgap reference?

I'm concerned that separate references for each TLV320AIC3106 will track differently over temperature. Ideally everything would be referenced to the same internal reference.
