I just received a TLV320ADC3101EVM-K evaluation module.

the User manual, section 3.1 states "Download the latest version of the ADC3101 Control Software (CS) located in the TLV320ADC3101-K Product Folder." but the link appears to be broken. (which points to http://www.ti.com/tool/tlv320adc3101)

How do I get this software?

I found the software here: http://www.ti.com/lit/zip/slac248

But when I connected the USB cable to the board, the drivers didn't install correctly.

When I look under Device Manager and I look at the properties of the driver, it says:

The drivers for this device are not installed. (Code 28)

A service installation section in this INF is invalid.

I'm using Windows 7. Is there an updated driver?
