PCM2707 mp3 format OK but m4a/aac format NG

Hi,

We use PCM2707 in embed system, ARM core board( with wifi connection) USB  --> PCM2707 --> I2S digital AMP --> speaker.

It download audio source from internet, and play. Now there is a problem that when playing m4a/aac format audio files, there will some sudden PAPA sound pop out but when playing mp3 format, there is no such problem.

I tried connect the PCM2707 USB port to PC to play m4a/aac format, there is no PAPA sound. So i doubt that is the ARM system software problem like audio codec. But the software engineer reject my point that there is another ARM core board with different chip but the same software, it works fine with PCM2707. Though we are still in dispute, i'm still obliged to compare the two kind USB signal or I2S signal to make sure is there  some difference.

is anyone has met the same problem or please give some advices.
