PCM2903B to PCM2903C problems

I have changed my development from PCM2903B to PCM2903C. Now I have the problem, that the 12MHz oszillator doesn't work and so the device is doing nothing. All supply voltages are correct at 3,3V. Very strange, the XTI is at 3V while the XTO is at 3,3V,although ther's an inverter between. Oszillator circuit as proposed in "typical application" and not altered to PCM2903B. Don't know how to go on.Thanks for your help

The difference between the PCM2903B and PCM2903C should only be with the USB portion of the part. Are you using EVMs to evaluate these parts or your own custom board?

Hi Justin!
I use my own custom board. This board was functioning with PCM2903B. I think the key-problem ist the non working oszillator. Circuit as proposed. XTI and XTO are both! high . SSPND is at low level. Can you confirm, that when all power supply pins are supplied, oszillator should work? thx Gebhard

Hi Gebhard,

You state that the suspend pin is low, does the oscillator work when suspend is high?
