Integrated Circuits: I recently purchased a 1998 Innovative Technology Classic Wooden Home Unit model ITRR-501 which has been discontinued. The Audio output IC has failed leaving me with no audio. Does anyone know where I can get one? Also the CD Drive ?

I have recently purchased a Classic Wooden Home Stereoe Unit, made by Innovative Technology (discontinued) Model # ITRR-501.

The Audio output IC has failed leaving me with no audio. Also the CD drive does not work. Everything else - AM/FM, Tape,Phonograph works but I can barely hear the sound through the speakers. The Electronics repair shop tells me that it can't find the parts needed for repair, and if I could, they would repair the unit.

Does anybody know where I can get the parts I need? I would really like to have this unit operational so that I can play and transfer old LPs to ?CD.

Hi Terry,

Could you ask the electronics repair shop what parts do they need?

Then when you have the part number you need, you can look for it on TI store.

The Tech who did the diagnostic did not take note of the part # and the unit is out at another tech who is North for 2 weeks. I wonder if there is a schematic anywhere? Company IT has discontinued this product and tells met here is none available.Your help is much appreciated.

Hi Terry,

We don't have a schematic of this unit. It should be provided by the Innovative Technology company.
I think you should wait until your unit returns and verify the part number, then look for it on TI store.
