TAS5756 DAC output

Hi,

looking at the circuit and registers, the DAC in the TAS5657 seems to be very similar to the PCM51xx. As our circuit not only needs a Class-D amplifier, but also a headphone output, I would like to use the DAC_OUT from the chip to driver an external circuit. I think this should be possible. What is the output impedance of this circuit?

Daniel,
The DAC has a line driver output meant to drive the Class D amp. If you use it to drive an external circuit, I would recommend buffering the DAC output to the external circuit for isolation from the class D.

Daniel,The min load impedance the DAC line driver can drive is 1kohm.
