Our customer wants the TLV320DAC32 RESET pin to hold low when the system does not use it.

Is there any problem?

    Hello Ito-San, 

    There should be not problem if the device will not be used in the system, however, it should be considered that all the registers must be configured each time the device will be used and this takes some operation time.

    If using this method is suitable for the application, there should be no problems. Otherwise I would suggest to mute all the outputs and power down the unused stages of the device to minimize power consumption.
