Hi all,

I want to setup TAS5756M using TDM Mode offset N input

3 wire(SLCK, SCLK & Data) setup is using

where

LRCK/FS = 48kHz

SLCK = 4.608MHz (96bit per sample

The audio is ok when (P0-R41)offset = 0x01,0x31,0x21

The audio is not ok when (P0-R41)offset = 0x51

May I know if TAS5756 support the input format (or if 128bit per sample is required in TDM mode?)

Or if there is any limit when setting the (P0-R41)offset register?

Hi Raymond,
Please note that when doing 3-wire I2S, device must be set to ignore MCLK detection (P0-R37) and device clock auto set mode must be enabled. There are 16 slots. Have you tried 0x50 instead of 0x51?

Hi Damian,

I put P0-R37 =0x5A before implement those register

after that I put P0-R37 0x3A.

For Auto mode, it fail to detect

I put P0-R37 =0x78 before implement those register

after that I put P0-R37 0x38.

P0-R94 bit 0 = 1 show that sampling rate is invalid
