Hi Sirs：
I have two questions about PCM2903C.

1. Does the PCM2903C have driver for MAC OS ?
2. Does the PCM2903C have the limitation of output ?
EX：The driver power value is for all kinds of load impedance.

Customers test the active speaker and get the pass result. (Figure1)
The active speaker condition：4ohms/1000W

However, they found noise on passive headphone.(Figure2/Figure3)
The passive headphone condition：40ohms/1.6W and 2.2Kohms/3mW

Hi, Hugo,

The PCM2903C works with an OS that uses standard USB Audio Class drivers, including Mac OS.

I can't quite make out the frequency of the signal on plots 2 and 3. Can you tell me the frequency of the signal there?

Hi Don：
The input signal is 20KHz sinewave for figure1,2,3.

The active speaker response frequency：
Subwoofer is form 40Hz to 220Hz
Satellite is from 200Hz to 20KHz

Hi Hugo,

When you say passive headphone, does that mean that you are not putting the output through any sort of active filter or amplifying circuit before the headphones?
