    Hi Nat,

    You can use the Codec TLV320AIC3104, it is a very low power stereo audio codec capable of addressing your requirements. However, if you want to know more about these codecs (such the power consumption, sample rate, resolution and price), you may take a look of  Page 41 (Selection Guide) of Audio Guide.
