Could you please tell us whether the MPO0/1 pins of PCM9211 have a driving capability to drive a 75ohm load with the coax S/PDIF output such as DIT4192 ?

Hi Kato,

Yes, this part meets AES-3 and IEC 60958 specs, therefore supports a 110 ohm twisted pair differential connection (XLR) as well as 75 ohm unbalanced coax.
