TAS5538 I2C data hold time

Hi,

I need your advise whether the I2C Data Hold time in Fast Mode must be <0.9us (per I2C bus specification)?

Reason for asking is customer of mine observed I2C data hold time in TAS5538 (from the SoC) is 1.2455us but it is still not exceeding the SCL low period. Moreover, they have sufficient time for the next Data setup time as shown in the diagram below

Could you advise if this behaviour is OK?
