PurePath studio request

Hello,

I would like to request the PurePath studio for the TAS3xxx family.

We use the TAS3108 in one of our products, but we want to add some functions to this device and therefor we need PurePath studio.

I have tried to request the software via the software request form, but as the TAS3xxx is NRND this request is denied.

The FAQ of purepath studio TAS3xxx mentions a e-mail address (PurePathStudio@list.ti.com) which is no longer in use.

So now I try to obtain it this way, can someone help me getting PurePath Studio?

    Hi Justin,

    Unfortunately, We are not giving support to this device, even latest PurePath Studio version is not compatible with this device. I would strongly recommend you to take a look to our newer Audio processors.

    Hello Diego,

    I understand that this device is NRND, but according to the Purepath FAQ:

    focus.ti.com/.../purepathstudio_faqs.pdf

    It has supported the TAS3108: "Which devices are supported by PurePath Studio? The TAS3108, TAS3204, TAS3208 and TAS3308 are programmable with PurePath Studio." (Page 2).

    I have understood that there are 2 different kind of versions, one for the TAS3xxx devices and one for a different family. 

    A new design is not an option, this costs to much time and money.

    Are there older or other versions that does support the device?
