Documentation for the LM4562MABD evaluation board

I purchased the LM4562MABD evaluation board, but I am not able to track down the documentation. The link in the document enclosed with the board is no longer valid (due to the TI aqcusistion of National Semiconductor i presume): www.national.com/mpf/LM/LM4562.html#Doxuments

In the LM4562 op-amp datasheet a simplified circuit diagram of the evaluation board is included, but it does not detail the various jumpers on the board. I am probably able to probe and figure this out, but if anyone have this documentation that would be helpful.

This is odd. It seems that the User Guide of another device is linked to this one.

Hi Hallvard,

We're not able to retrieve this document. We have some troubles with these LM devices, some EVM user guides are missing from our files and this is one of them.
Unfortunately I'm not able to do some continuity tests on the EVM to give you a better description of the JMPRs. I think these are designed as optional routes by moving the 0 Ohm resistors to the different JMPRs.

I'll probably just change out the feedback resistors to change the gain, but if I look into the jumpers I'll report back here.
