TAS2505 Power up

Hi, TAS2505 Question

It will question the power sequence of page46, 3.1.2 power on sequence 2 (slau472).

Is there a rule to SPKVDD and IOVDD of rise time(slew rate)?

Best regards,

  • Hi Cafain,

I apologize for the late response.
There is no rise time restriction for the power supplies. The only restrictions are stated in Table 3-2.

  • Hi,

When SPKVDD(5V) and IOVDD(3.3V) power-up-rises at the same time, built-in LDO is not working properly.
    (LDO About 0.6V is output)

Against SPKVDD, when you power on a little delayed IOVDD, LDO successfully
    I will output 1.79V.

But SPKVDD and IOVDD no problem at the same time the power is turned on in the data sheet,
    I understand.

If you simultaneously power up why PSKVDD and IOVDD, or LDO that does not start properly
    Please tell me the reason.
    Best regards
  • Hi Cafain,

Do you have captures of the rising supply lines?
Perhaps the IOVDD is reaching its top voltage before SPKVDD.

  • Hi,

    Comments Thank you.
By launching the IOVDD after SPKVDD, LDO was powered on successfully.
(When you power on at the same time the IOVDD and SPKVDD LDO does not power on normally)

It corresponds by changing the power-on sequence.
Variety and the top consideration, thank you.

    Best regards
