TPA3110D2 radiated emmisions

Hi,

We have a radiated emissions issue from 33 to 40 MHz coming from the circuit.

I’m attaching the relevant portion of the layout + BOM.

 

Any help would be great!

    Hi, Madhu

           So customer use ferrite bead and capacitor as the output filter.

    •   They use MPZ1608S121AT, Why they did not use MPZ1608S331AT, this ferrite bead has 1.7A rated current with a 330ohm@100MHz.  BTW, what is customer's output power? what is their speaker load? what is the value of PVCC?

    •  If it is possible, there maybe need some PCB layout improve works. Maybe customer need to place output filter more close to TPA3110, so the current loop on the board will much smaller.  

    • I also suggest customer to add a output zoble network to slower down the edge rate and minimize the output rings. Just like below:
