Access to PurePath Studio



Hi,

I have tried several time to ask for accesses to PurePath Studio, PurePath Console and TAS5766 EVM on TI website.

I used my personal e-mail at first, but I got a response saying a company e-mail was required.

So I tried again using my company's e-mail (this one), but I haven't gotten a reply so far...

What should I do? Any suggestions?

    Effectively you need to use a company address for the requests, I will contact our Software team and ask about your situation. I will get back when i receive an update.

    Thanks for your reply.

    I received an email from TI saying I was NOT using a company or university email address.

    But actually I used my company email address, zh_changhong@yousingee.com to send the request.

    So what to do next?

    Unfortunately, your company doesn't seem to be registered with us. Can you contact your local TI representative and ask them for help.

    I have contacted the local TI representative, but they have had no idea about dealing with this problem. They said the only thing they could do was to send the same  software request to TI. 

    I wonder if I have to contact TI global representative.
