TAS5756m max temperature

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5756M

Hi,

We work on an amplifier for which ambient temp is 50°C.

I want to validate that junction temperature is lower than maximum allowed.

I have questions:

-in datasheet I can't find max junction temperature. Can you give me this value?

-How to estimate junction temperature from measured temperature on back side of PCB?

RMS power on amplifier output is around 5Wrms. I measured temperature on board (on back side): 30°C over ambient temperature. Estimated internal temperature should be: Ambient temperature+ 5W / efficiency * Junction-to-board characterization parameter. Is it all right?
Problem is that "Junction-to-board characterization parameter" seems very high: 9.3°C/W (and value is lower in case of two layer PCB?)=> example: 6W*9.3=55°C temperature difference between junction and PCB ! Do you confirm that this is the right way to use "Junction-to-board characterization parameter"? In may case, with measured temp on back side of PCB=75°C, then junction temp should be 130°C.

Thank you
