Low volume output with LM4673

I am using LM4673, with this 8E speaker is uesd.
When I am playing 1Khz sine wave audio file, in starting volume level is good but after 3 sec volume get decreased and it is constant upto end.

The schematic seems to be correct, which is the value of SPEAKER_EN when that condition happens? and Have you checked input signal, output signal with an oscilloscope and power supply when that condition happens?

In order to avoid output clipping, you should take into account that output signal amplitude must be lower than power supply amplitude.
