Can the TPA3116D2 be designed to drive a 33.3 ohms speaker and achieve a 100V output ?

Hi, Kaequan,

Unfortunately not, the max PVCC on TPA3116D2 is 26V. You could potentially use a step-up transformer to get your desired 100V output.
