TAS5630 early overload protection

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TAS5630

Hello!

I design audio amplifier on TAS5630DKD.

My problem: When output power approximately 100W - amplifier switchable in protect mode (supposedly in Overload protection).

Used one output.

Herewith:

1. Power voltage (PVDD) 50V;

2. Load 4Ohm (Resistive);

3. Coil - IHLP-5050CE-01 - 6.8uH

4. Mode - BTL;

5. Input - Sine 1kHz (variable voltage);

3. Output power to 100W (Power Current ~2.5A)-amplifier switchable in protect mode.

That already did:

1. Power 30-50V; - no change

2. Serial connect coil --> 13.6uH; - no change

3. change TAS5630; - no change

4. Roc_adj 24k -->33k; - no change

5. No load; - good

When increase the input amplitude current feeding increases and getting to 2,5А - amplifier is disconnected (Overload protect). Launch possible only if RESET -->  low, and --> high.

Overload protect - ON:

SD - 0;

OTW - 1.
