Do we need power turn-on / turn off sequency?.

Normally, the power sequecny( during power turn on / turn off time) need for prevent pop noise and unstable working stage. If design power sequecy propriery, mosterly can removed turn-on, turn off pop and turn on unstable stage.Should need check data sheet of power on/ off sequecny spec before  systemdesign.
