Some applications require that the amplifier's gain be dynamically controlled (IE: A microcontroller or other device is connected to the gain pins G0 and G1). If the amplifier's control pins are driven high by a logic source that does not go low during shutdown (IE: There is voltage on the control pins during shutdown) the amplifier may not resume operation.
