Pure Path Studio Download

I recently updated my PC and can't get Pure Path studio to start, It opens a window that says: "PurePath Studio Graphical Development Environment has Stopped Working".  I have also had problems displaying images from the Help tab...

So I would like to re install Pure Path Studio.   When I press the Request button on link http://www.ti.com/tool/AICPUREPATH_STUDIO

I get redirect errors, see below.  Is there some other way to down load the software?
