Hi,

We are using Tpa3116d2 .Tpa3116 start with Tpa Mute by MCU .When I power up There is no pop up noise. When I power down the circuit .I also mute the Tpa3116 When The PVCC is about 13V. But Speakers still pop up. SDZ and Faultz pin also connected together.

I need your help for pop up noise .I havent fix this issue .

Hi user3606599,

Please refer to section 7.3.3 Startup and Shutdown Operation. It is recommended to actively control (de-assert) the SDZ input prior to shutdown for pop elimination. If using FAULTZ to drive SDZ, the configuration must be a bit different than shown int he datasheet.

Thank you for your answer.

I also designed my SDZ Driven by FAULTZ circuit.But it doesnt change pop-up noise.I checked the Fault Reporting for Tpa3116d2.When PVCC is under 4.5V Tpa3116 outputs will be high impedance. That's why shouldnt it pop up ? I suspect that My circuit has another problem.

I believe you must separate the pins and control SDZ yourself...
