Hello. This is Jennifer who is a member of authorized agency of TI.

We are promoting TAS2555 to major customer and they want to test it first.

In order customer to review and test TAS2555, we should provide Full datsheet and other information such as, circuit diagram, reference design information etc.

Already requested it thru TI site but no feedback at all.

Please advise how to get these information.

Looking forward to get any feedback soon.

    Welcome to E2E, Thanks for your interest in our products!.

    The distribution of TAS2555 information is monitored by our team, You need to ask your customer to request access to TAS2555 tools by clicking in the Request TAS2555 link in the product folder of the amplifier:

    The link will point to a request form, please fill it properly. It is recommended to use a corporate email address. After submitting the form, our Audio Software Team will receive and evaluate the request. If approved, our team will grant the user access to the requested tools. The approval process takes 2-3 days.

    If you already requested the access to TAS2555, probably it will be evaluated today as yesterday was a Holiday.

    Thank you very much for your reply.
    Yes. I already requested it several days ago. Actually, some of my colleagues also requested but it was rejected.
    My customer also requested it yesterday, July.5th but I also need it for engineering support for the customer.

    So, I hope to get it soon.
