Could you provide output power vs supply voltage graph of mono parallel BTL mode? there is the graph of stereo BTL mode but there is nothing for mono BTL mode.
My customer is currently using TAS5760M and wants to make 30W amp for next project. In the datasheet, there is max continuous output power = 40W with PVDD=24V, Rspk=4ohm. is the spec based on EVM?

The specification from the datasheet is taken based in the EVM performance. Please refer to below plot for 4Ω PBTL Output Power Vs PVDD. The chart depicts the performance of instantaneous output power.
As your customer spec output power spec is 30W, I think the TAS5760M could be used without any issues.
