Is there an easy way/product out there that would allow me to convert a low amperage (1-20mA) 0-10 Vdc signal up to ~100-120 V signal? I have heard of voltage multipliers and charge pumps, but these seem to miss the mark.

Brett,
What about an audio transformer?
70Vrms is a pretty standard voltage to send audio around buildings, etc for public address systems. These systems use two transformers -- one at the input to step up the output of the audio amp, and one at each speaker to step it back down to the voltage needed to drive the speaker at the desired level.

Don,
I came to precisely the same conclusion and bought a bundle of National Semiconductor's LME 49811 which is an audio amp with a swing of +/- 100V. Not sure if I will have to design a scaling circuit around it or if it can handle scaling right out of the box.
Thanks,
Brett
