ADC - TLV320ADC3101 If input is of >5Khz i am getting output as the mixed frequency (harmonics)

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV320ADC3101, CCSTUDIO

Setup: In the audio system, the analog signal conditioning section consists of a Pre-amplifier section and Anti – aliasing filter. This is followed by Dynamic Range Compressor (DRC)/Limiter and then the ADC - TLV320ADC3101. ATS-2 Audio Test System is used for generating inputs with frequencies in the audio frequency range (20Hz to 20 KHz).

Issue faced: When an input with a frequency less than 4 KHz is given to the system, the output frequency response contains the peak at input frequency and any significant presence of other frequency components is not observed. But with input frequencies greater than 4 KHz, the digital output from the ADC (plotted from the processor memory – data dump) and the analog output (at the DAC) are observed to contain that input frequency along with other frequencies around it. These extra frequency components are not present in the ADC input, that is, after the analog signal conditioning circuitry. The frequency response plots at the ADC input and DAC output are plotted using the ATS-2 tool. ADC digital output Data from the Processor memory dump are plotted using CCStudio v3.3.

if  anyone of you facing or faced this knid of problem with this device plz can you help me to come out from this issue.
