AIC3204 Pop

 Hello E2E,

I have a customer who is having a similar issue as this thread.

http://e2e.ti.com/support/data_converters/audio_converters/f/64/t/259609

 From the customer:

"In this TI forum thread, the customer was telling about how the AIC3204 chip would get a pop when a removable mic was plugged in and it would shut down it's bias Voltage that it puts on the audio input pins.

With certain AIC register or mode settings, we are seeing this same situation with the AIC3254, where a Voltage bump on the audio input pins of the AIC3254, causes the chip to drop the 0.9V bias Voltage on those same inputs pins.

Last week I discovered that some versions of our software are immune to the AIC3254 bias Voltage drops and others allow it to happen.
We are trying to narrow down what register setting or mode allows this bias Voltage to drop.  If someone inside TI knows, it would save us a lot of time."

Any idea as to what is going on?  Let me know if you need any more info.
