AIC3254 EVM-K disconnected issue of GUI

Hello,

The GUI show EVM disconnected as below. We already check all HW setting of board and re-install driver and SW but the EVM is still disconnected. It maybe releated to EPRPOM. Do we have tool or method to erase EPROM for default setting? Thank you.

Hi, Patrick,

I would recommend to verify that all the jumpers and switches are in default state. Specially the switch SW2 of MODEVM-INTERFACE board. If the problem persists, probably it is necessary to re-configure the EEPROM as you mentioned. For these cases, you may follow the next procedure:
