We are planning to use the audio codec TAS2553 in our end design.

We would like to know if you have any EVM available for TAS2553 to be interfaced with i.Mx7 Dual. Please share the full part number of the evaluation module of TAS2553.

 

We want the EVM to be interfaced with SABRE and WARP7 Boards. Please let us know if  the EVM can be directly interfaced with SABRE and WARP7 boards? If not,  please share if you have any interface boards available? Please share the relevant documentation and supporting documents for the same.

    Hi Meria,

    TAS2553 have digital interface that can be configured to I2S, LJF, RJF, DSP and PDM modes, in addition, this device is able to use an analog differential mono input.
    If i.Mx7 supports these audio interfaces then the EVM can be connected to this board. I think i.Mx7 supports I2S.
    TAS2553 does not have EVM board but there is the TAS2552 EVM board, that is pin to pin compatible. You could use this board for evaluation.
