Audio Receiver

1)  Any one please  help me to design Audio Receiver  amp with High quality 5.1 channel audio ,
with USB Port (Card reader) 1 or 2 SPDIF (input port), One HDMI (1 input port )and 1 HDMI (output to TV) ,two Analog Audio Input port(RC),Blue-tooth audio

2)  Audio Amplifier with 2.1 channel High quality MP3 , OGG , etc.....   USB CARD reader  one Analog Input RC and Blue Tooth Audio .
I am not developer I don't  have any Pure-path EVM  Board ...... Last two weeks I am going through TI website and I am confused, please help me to start Ti Audio Product  because I am very  interested  to learn Ti product
