TAS2555: Can We Use Non-HDI PCB for the TAS2555

Hi Sirs,

The TAS2555 datasheet suggests via-on-pad design for PCB layout, it means that we need HDI PCB. Is HDI PCB process mandatory for the TAS2555? Do we have experience of Non_HDI CB for the TAS2555?
