TLV320AIC3106: some noise when I connect my head set in 3.3 mm jack

Dear Friends

I have developed sound card using tlv320aic3106. I hear some noise when I connect my head set in 3.3 mm jack.

After which noise goes away. What can be the issue and what can be the fix???
