Hello, Not sure if this is the right place.Forgive me if it isn,t. I purchased an audio dac from Allo and I need the purepath software to configure it. I have sent two requests for it but neither request has been answered. Can anyone direct me to the proper channels of inquiry?

Welcome to E2E, Thanks for your interest in our products!.

I have checked with our Audio software Team and it seems that we haven't receive a request from you. We have an export control team that verifies that all the software requests are compliant with our export guidelines. One thing that should be addressed is that the requester email address is not generic, can you please check if your request was made with a corporate address?. I can ask for your approval once your request arrives.

I submitted another request. Let me know if it went through. The email used is just my own an not a corporate. The software is for my own personal use. I will not be doing any sort of production etc.

Hi

I´m exactly in the same situation as Ken. I need the PurePath software to configure a product from Allo that uses PCM5142. I have sent the request but no answer yet. I´m asking for directions on how to proceed. Should I try the links on Feb 3th answer or you´ll send me a link by e-mail? Thank you. Regards
