Hi Itabi,
TPA3002D2 have thermal protection. The device enters into the shutdown state when the internal die temperature exceeds 150°C. Please note that the termal fault on TPA3110D2 is not a latched fault. The fault is cleared when the temperature is reduced by 20°C.

TPA2000D1 is right.

Does TPA2000D1 have thermal shutdown function?
Is TPA2000D1 similar to TPA3002D2?
