TAS5753MD: I cannot download the TAS5753MD software product

Part Number: TAS5753MD

Hi

I have bought the TAS5753MD Evaluation Module and PurePath Console Motherboard through TI web store.

The order no. are 170268003 and 170268004.

I need to download the PurePath Console Graphical Development Suite and TAS5753MD Software Product.

However, I sent the request and you reply

"we are not able to verify your information. Please use a corporate address to request the access again or contact your local TI Sales office for more information."

How can I do?

I need to use these software for my product development.
