On connecting the USB MODEVM to the PC, before detach call succeeded,the device is first showing detected. Then on clicking the OK button, after 2-3 seconds,the device is showing "USB is not recognized, one of the USB device is malfunctioned. ". How to rectify with this problem?

Even after writing the EEPROM writer, the device is showing EVM Disconnected, it is not showing Ready Status.How to deal with this problem?

First, I would recommend to ensure that all the jumpers and switches are placed in default position. Then, if the problem persists, I recommend to follow the wiki article indications below (it is a procedure to reset the EVM):

I have already done all these steps, but the usb is still not detecting the device. Its showing as Unknown Device and "Usb is not recognized" like that. Also it is showing that "one of the device is being malfunctioned"

The EVM softwares are located in the EVM Product Folder:

Additionally, this EVM is compatible with PurePath Studio tool, which can be used to configure the EVM miniDSP. You may request access to it in the following site:
