PCM5142: Out of band signals, image frequency

may I ask another question:
Using the PCM5142 e.g. at fs = 48 kHz samplerate, what is the frequency of the first image at the output of the dac?

Looking at figure 64 of the datasheet: Is it 8*fs or 16*fs, as one of these seems to be the samplerate after the interpolator (not sure though, which one is actually used)? Or is it 128*fs, as this is the samplerate after the modulator?

I would guess it is fs*8 or fs*16, as there is no further digital filter after this stage. But this seems to be far to low, as the attenuation of the analog filter (figure 63) is only around 14dB at 16*fs. So I must be missing something.
I'm trying to figure out, what's the amplitude of the first image frequency after the reconstruction filter.
