Datasheet states the common mode output current is -6.2mA, does it go into the output pin or go out from the output pin? Thanks.

Can the current ouput be biased? If yes, what's the bias voltage range could be? Thanks.

The negative sign means sourcing current. It goes out of the pin.

Thanks for your help. Two more questions, can the current ouput be voltage biased? If yes, what's the bias voltage range?
