Hi Team,

Customer would like to use TAS5760M EVM, the GUI shows the FWID error on the new laptop.

Have you ever saw this issue before?

    Hi, SHH,

    This error just indicates that the FWID on the board is different from what the software is expecting to auto-detect the board connected. The evaluation of the board can be done without any issues by skipping this error as the FWID will not cause any issues during the evaluation.
