DIX4192EVM-PDK: DIX4192EVM drivers installation

Our customer is unable to install the USB serial commander software for the DIX4192EVM. Can someon please provide some guidance on how to install this software? The customer is using a 64bits Windows 7 operating system (installation guide only lists Windows 2000 and Windows XP).

Hi, Shedrach,

Unfortunately, this is a really old evaluation board and the software/driver is no longer supported for newer operating systems. We usually recommend to use an external I²C interface to program the device's registers.

Can you please provide some guidance on how to accomplish that? What external I2C board do I need to use?
