Hasabe-san,

it's recommended to apply VCC(Analog Power supply) and VDD (Digital Power supply) before applying inputs to digital core (clock/data). This helps to avoid any catastrophic failure for the parts.

Typical sequence would be to turn on both analog and digital supply rails and then enable clocks/data. Hope this clarifies the power sequence. Thanks.

Is there a problem if RCK / DATA / BCK / SCK was transmitted even after Power off?
