AICPUREPATH_STUDIO: purepath 3.0.8-alpha.2 module don't appear under Apple MAC

Team,

Customer of mine doesn't see his "i2C master" or "TAS5733L" module appearing under purepath 3.0.8-alpha.2 under apple MAC while they appear for the same user under Windows PC.

Do you have any guidance, there?

    Hi, Olivier,

    It seems the software issue is related to PurePath Console as this is the software used for the TAS5733L, could you please confirm this?. It will be helpful If your customer can send us some captures of the issue.

    sorry my bad the problem is indeed on purepath console. Purepath console opens normally, but there are no modules to install.

    Hi, Olivier,

    Thanks for the clarification. In PurePath Console, if no modules are available to install, probably a network problem is occurring. Could you please check that there is no firework blocking PurePath console?. Is the customer able to login?.
