Ivan, thanks. Yes I saw that spec in the data sheet, but I'm actually looking for the settling time (or "operationally-ready time") after the device is switched from disabled to enabled operation (pin 7). I could do the set-up and experiment here, but thought you might have this data at hand. Best, JL

Unfortunately this information is not available at hand.
However I could test this on my side and share results with you for comparison. I may need some days in order to get some samples.
