Customer would like to understand the reasoning behind Schottky diode D1 on Figure 36. Bus-Powered Configuration for High-Performance PCM2904 Application.

Hi, Mark,

The diode is used to prevent inverse current flow from the PCM2904C in suspend state to the regulator.
